To be a voice for patients
To provide a link service for patients with the practice/advocacy role
Support the practice with new developments
Provide feedback to the practice
Provide suggestions on how patient services could be improved
If you would like to:-

Please:-Phone: 0121 686 9990
To help us with this, as well as holding PPG group meetings in the surgery we are also are setting up a virtual patient participation representation group (PPG) so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
Our receptionists are the front line of our service. They are trained to deal with your queries and difficulties, and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the rest of the healthcare team.
The community midwife cares for all pregnant women and will cater for them in surgery by appointment or at home if previously arranged, Post natal checks are done in surgery by the doctor.
Home visits will be provided by our district nurses to patients who are housebound, the elderly, the terminally ill, the disabled and those who have been discharged from hospital. This can be arranged via the GP surgery so please ask at reception if you require further information.
